Crime Simulator Best Safehouse Furnitures & Uses

This complete Crime Simulator guide covers all furniture, their uses, costs, and a full tier list. Learn what to buy first to maximize your credits and get powerful buffs.

Crime Simulator Best Furniture and Uses

Welcome, thief. Your Safehouse is more than just a place to log off; it’s the foundation of your criminal empire. While the cash you earn from heists is tempting to hoard, the smartest criminals know that the right investments here will pay for themselves ten times over. Buying furniture isn’t about decoration—it’s about gaining permanent, game-changing advantages for you and your entire crew.

This guide will break down the absolute best furniture to buy, explain their powerful uses in detail, and show you how to turn your hideout into a powerhouse of efficiency and profit.

Top-Priority Furniture & Their Uses

These are the items you should be saving for from day one. They provide unparalleled advantages that will fundamentally change how you play the game for the better.

Repair Workbench

This is arguably the single best long-term investment you can make in the entire game. It’s a financial safety net that will save you a fortune.

  • Price: 5000C
  • Requirement: Gain at least 5000C within a single game loop.
  • Primary Use: To repair any of your damaged tools and items to 100% durability, completely for free. This includes expensive, high-tier tools bought from the shop.

Why It’s The Best: Every time you use a lockpick, a hacking device, or any other tool, its durability decreases. Replacing these tools costs hundreds, if not thousands, of Credits over time. The Repair Workbench eliminates this cost entirely. It’s an infinite source of savings.

How to Use the Repair Workbench
  1. Place any items with damage (indicated by a red fill on their icon) onto the workbench surface. You can repair multiple items at once.
  2. Activate the workbench to start a simple timing-based minigame.
  3. A moving arrow will appear. Your goal is to click the left mouse button when the arrow is inside the designated blue area.
  4. You must succeed 3 times in a row to complete the repair. If you fail, there is no penalty—you can simply try again until you succeed.
  5. Upon success, all items on the bench will be instantly restored to full durability and value.

Hackerman’s Table

This table is your key to unlocking thousands in extra loot value from locked electronics. It makes a single-use item obsolete and turns common loot into high-value assets.

Hackerman’s Table
  • Price: 2000C
  • Requirement: Complete 3 item requests.
  • Primary Use: To unlock locked electronic devices (laptops, tablets, phones) with infinite uses, drastically increasing their sale price. (Requires the Electronics lv.1/Basic skill).

Why It’s The Best: Locked electronics are common but worth very little. Unlocking them can multiply their value by 5 or even 10 times. The Hacking USB Stick from the shop does this but is a one-time use item. The Hackerman’s Table is a permanent, infinitely reusable version, making its initial cost a fantastic investment.

How to Use the Hackerman’s Table
  1. Place one or more locked electronic devices onto the black mat next to the hacking tablet.
  2. Activate the table. The tablet’s screen will display a target pattern of 3 shapes at the top.
  3. At the bottom of the screen is your pattern, which you can change. Cycle through the shapes (red square, colored quarter-circles) to match the top pattern exactly.
  4. Once all three shapes are a perfect match, confirm it. All electronics currently on the mat will be instantly unlocked and ready for sale at their new, higher value.

Passive Buffs: Bookstand & Powerlifting Bench

These two items are “fire and forget” upgrades. You buy them once, and they provide a massive, permanent boost to your entire team without any further interaction.

  • Bookstand
    • Price: 1000C
    • Use: Provides a permanent +20% Experience (XP) gain for everyone on your team. This is the key to faster leveling, unlocking new skills, and progressing through the game at a much quicker pace. Get this as soon as you can.
  • Powerlifting Bench
    • Price: 1000C
    • Requirement: Complete 10 jobs.
    • Use: Grants a permanent +1 inventory slot for everyone on your team. This is a monumental upgrade. It means more loot per run, an extra tool for emergencies, or simply more flexibility. It is one of the most powerful upgrades in the game.

High-Value Upgrades: Powerful Furnitures

Once you’ve secured the top-tier items, these should be next on your list. They provide excellent utility and make every run smoother.

  • Bed
    • Price: 250C (You can buy up to 4)
    • Use: Each bed passively increases the maximum HP and Stamina of your team by +10. With all four beds, you get a massive +40 HP/Stamina boost, making your team significantly more resilient during chases and dangerous encounters.
  • Re-usable First Aid Kit
    • Price: 1500C
    • Use: Allows anyone on the team to heal to full health while in the Safehouse for the tiny cost of 10C. A standard First Aid Kit costs 50C, meaning this device offers an 80% discount on healing. It pays for itself quickly.
  • Terminal
    • Price: 1000C
    • Use: This is your insurance policy. Its primary functions are to retrieve items that have glitched or fallen out of the map in the Safehouse for free, and to refund 25% of the value of your lost tools if you are killed during a job.

Furniture to Buy Last: Cosmetic & Low-Impact Items

These items should only be purchased when you have money to burn. They offer little to no gameplay advantage.

  • Cloth closet (1000C): Lets you change your character’s appearance. Purely cosmetic.
  • Chest (100C): A private storage box that prevents other players from taking your items. Only useful if you play with untrustworthy people in public lobbies.
  • Shelf (100C): Just a simple storage shelf. Offers no special benefits.
  • Radio (200C): It plays music. You can run a music app in the background for free.
  • Plant (50C): Completely useless. It serves no function and offers no buffs.
