This guide is different from the manual, etc. as it presents data in the order that you encounter it (mostly) when first playing. It does present a particular way I start the game (though other approaches are discussed) – but there are many other charts/tables/etc. that you may find valuable even if you aren’t interested in my particular playstyle that I present here.
