What’s the point?
Well, I can’t say the same for Yakuza Kiwami 2 unlike from Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza 0, curb stomping is not an option this time around, enemies get up from the ground too fast and bosses constantly roll after being knocked down, the only usage I found so far for this is to use Majima’s “Tiger Drop” (his dagger counter) since, unlike from Kiryu, he always gets a heat prompt to pierce the enemy through when you lock onto enemy.
