Flight Test is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Flight Test side mission. Hogwarts Legacy Flight Test Walkthrough
Welcome to our Hogwarts Legacy Flight Test Walkthrough guide. Side Quests are not required to advance in the main story of the game, but still completing these Quests can be useful to obtain Rewards for completing them. These quests sometimes serve as tutorials for new activities and may contain some Lore or background of the Harry Potter Universe.

- Requirement: Having Finished Main Quest: Flying Class
- Reward: 180XP
Speak with Imelda Reyes at the Quidditch pitch
After purchasing your new Broom at Spintwitches, Albie Weekes talks to you about an idea for the enhancements of brooms. He needs someone to conduct a broom flight and report back to him so he can work on the upgrades. He then instructs you to meet with Imelda Reyes at the Quidditch pitch to help you get sorted out.
After your conversation with Albie, head outside the shop and go to the Quidditch pitch. You can simply follow the quest marker indicated on the map, or you can fast travel to any Floo Flames near the quest.
Place in the Quidditch pitch Broom Trial
Once you speak to Imelda at the Quidditch pitch, she’ll challenge you to beat her record time in the Broom Trial. You would have to go through 22 rings and beat her record of 2:20:53. The trick here is to go through as much of the flight boosters that’s indicated as gold circles just before you pass through each ring. Missing any ring during the trial will result in a penalty that will deduct your time for the race.
Report back to Imelda
After beating Imelda’s best record, talk to her again. She says you’re not terrible but you would still need to prove yourself to her to earn her respect. She then informs you about the next course near Irondale would prove to be more of a challenge. You can return to the podium to challenge other racers and advance your way through the ranks of the leaderboard.
Return to Albie Weekes
After your conversation with Imelda, you can head back and report to Albie Weekes. You can follow the quest marker on the map or use fast travel. Once you enter his shop, talk to him and report back that you were able to set a record on your new broom. He will then work on the new upgrades for your broom based on the information you’ve given him. After your conversation with Albie, the quest is completed.

Flight Test Side Quest can be obtained as indicated as follows:
- Purchase your first Broom from Albie Weekes at Spintwitches Sporting Needs in Hogsmeade. You must first complete the quest Flying Class for the shop to open up.
