Beginners Leveling and Gearing Guide to Level 75

Mags

YOUR MAG SHOULD ONLY TRAIN 1 STAT! If you already ruined your mags stats by leveling up multiple things at the same time, you can buy level down devices from the EX Cube shop to fix this. However if you have more than 50 displaced points, consider buying a new mag(AC shop) or starting a new character (and possibly deleting the old one).

Pure Melee MAG:

Hunter, Braver(katana), Bouncer(soaring blades, physical boots), Fighter, hero (eps 5)
Feed it 9* to 1* melee weapons, but before it gains a level of dex feed it some *4 star furniture to remove the dex lvls

Pure Ranged MAG:

Gunner, Ranger, Braver(bow), hero (eps 5)
Feed it 9* to 1* range weapons, but before it gains a level of dex feed it some *5 star furniture to remove the dex lvls

Pure Tec MAG:

Forcer, Tecker, Summoner, Bouncer(boots), hero (eps 5)
Feed it 9* to 1* Tec weapons, but before it gains a level of dex feed it some *6 star furniture to remove the dex lvls

Pure Dex MAG:

Braver, Bouncer, Phantom(eps6) ONLY

Feed it skill Disks….. Yep thats it

Boosts and How to Get Them

Daily Boost:

Complete the first three daily Client orders from the daily order distributor at the quest counter. These quests will always be completable in the exploration mission listed in “Recommended Quests” Each quest completed gives you a 5% tri boost with no timer. This can stack up to 50% if non premium and stacks to 100% if premium. IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE IN A DAY DO THESE QUESTS.

EXP Boost: Always Have 1 Active

  • 50%: exchange 1 photon sphere for 3 at the photon drop shop on the second floor of the shopping area
  • 75%: exchange 1 photon sphere for 1 at the photon drop shop on the second floor of the shopping area
  • EXP boost: 100 -250% Titles(title counter) and events will occasionally hand these out

Triboost: Always Try to Have one 50%/75% Active

  • 50%: Daily arks mission(per character), Titles(drop these like candy), Recommended quest (completion award), miles ship(not recommended)
  • 75%: Titles(drop these like candy), Recommended quest (completion award), miles ship(not recommended)
  • 100%: Titles, Recommended quest (completion award), miles ship(not recommended)

Rare Drop Rate:

In general, use for Urgent Quests and Advanced Quests (except nightfall and daybreak), Bonus Quests and Ultimate Quests.

  • 250%: EX cube exchange shop for 6 EX cubes.

Party Buff:

40% exp buff for a full party of players, always be in a party for advanced quests  and Urgent Quests. If you are in a situation where you would otherwise be alone you can bring 3 NCP characters with you from one of the terminals in your ship for a 20% triboost. DO NOT DO THIS FOR AN URGENT QUEST AS THIS WILL WAIST VALUABLE ROOM SLOTS THAT ARE BEST FILLED WITH REAL PLAYERS. If you are in an urgent quest you can invite players to your party(esc + click them), drop a party beacon (esc->quick menu->drop party beacon), or interact with a pre existing party beacon.

Leveling

1-20 Speed: Fast

  • ARKS MISSIONS: These will be random tasks like, “Talk to Alfin”, equip a weapon, ect… Although boring, getting to lvl 20 doing these will teach you some game mechanics and get you to lvl 20 in about 20 mins.
  • Sub Class quest: DO THIS THE MOMENT YOU HIT LVL 20. Take the quest from Koffie at the client counter when you hit 20. Go to forrest area 2 (forrest explorations) and kill 1 green armadillo looking thing. Then go to volcanic caverns area 2 and kill one dragon covered in Horns(mob names in quest description). This allows you to unlock your subclass which will level with your main class and give you half of the base stats of the subclass. It’s important that you get this subclass ASAP because it will help you equip better gear sooner.

20-40 Speed: Medium-Slow

  • Recommended Quests: grab every single client order and kill lots of things with exp +50%/75% and 50% triboost on. You may receive a triboost 100% or even a bonus ticket for completing the recommended quest (See bonus mission sections in 55-75). You can only receive the special completion award once per day, per account. However each mission has a permanent EXP boost, so you should keep running them if you can.
  • Urgent Quests: I mentioned this at the beginning always run these when they are up, as they will give you lots of EXP and often have a decent change of dropping 10* items that can be exchanged in the photon sphere shop and EX cube shop.

40 – 55 Speed: Fast-Medium

  • Advanced Quests: This is an extremely fast way to get experience. You only need a single advanced capsule to get started. Although capsules are expensive, each VH quests will drop more than enough to pay back the investment. Just make sure you are rotating between quests that cost A, B and C capsules so you do not run out. Run this with a group of 4 other players for best results (finding people for this is normally not hard).
  • Urgent Quests: I mentioned this at the beginning always run these when they are up, as they will give you lots of EXP and often have a decent change of dropping 10* items that can be exchanged in the photon sphere shop and EX cube shop. If you are just in it for the XP most quests are completed much faster(and therefore more XP per hour) when run on Very Hard instead of Super Hard.
  • Daily Arks Quests: Once your highest lvl class is lvl 50 the Daily arks quests begin giving you a significant amount of XP. Do these once per day for lots of XP.

55 to 75 Speed: Slow

  • Bonus Missions: You need bonus tickets to run these. You get these tickets from the recommend quests these expire over time so make SURE you use these before they do. Before running 1 activate your best EXP and Triboosts and the alliance buff for XP(if you have one). These give you MORE xp the higher your level is so try to use these at the end of your sessions when you are already a higher lvl.

Although capsules are expensive, each VH quests will drop more than enough to pay back the investment. Just make sure you are rotating between quests that cost A, B and C capsules so you do not run out. GEARING

Early game Units: 1-30

  • Back: Fresh Aura: Given to all players from the steam release event, you can claim this from the Visiphone after launching the game through steam. BOOSTS XP GAIN BY 30% TILL LVL 30,
  • Sub Weapon Barrier: Quest reward from “Practice quest certification” from Kofi. Amazing defensive and attack stats, can be placed in any unit slot. If you can find another one of these, use both till you can move to a better set.
  • Sub/ Add wall: Randomly drops/Player shops. Buy any version of this to fill the last slot or simply grab units off of the ground, it won’t make a huge difference.

Early-Mid Unit sets: 30-60

Simply find one of these sets and grind it up to +10 using the item scientist(shouldn’t cost too much). Try to find any 10*+ unit set that you can use.

  • Dramphis/Darlphis + Glan shield back: If you can use and afford this set it gives you a good amount of energy and health.
  • Varder(get the full set or don’t use this): drops from big varder
  • Elegaile/Elegaxia/Elegahate: Pieces are often dirt cheap on player shop and you might be able to find some pieces with good stats.
  • Ragne Set (full set): Should be pretty affordable and has great offensive stats.

Mid-Late Unit sets: 60-75

Dramphis/Darlphis + Glan shield back ( Falz gemini, Lilipa extreme quest)

  • Brisa: Weapon badge 1 Shop: VERY Solid choice (may be cheap on player shop as well).
  • Saiki: This set has great stats and can even be improved with crafting, however it may be challenging to farm. You need to use ganna Gunne Ginnegam triggers from the Casino, or challenge mile shop.

Late Game Unit Sets:

Circuray: Weapon badge 2 Shop (rare drop from Ultimate Quests)
ivelem, invereef, invend : Baren Blossom(UQ)
????: The episode isn’t out yet and we are not sure what else is available.

Your first Weapon:

For the first 20-30 levels simply play the game and pick up any class weapon that drops with a higher total damage value than your current weapon. To calculate total damage take the base damage of your weapon and treat the element value as an additional multiplier. E.G a weapon with a listed 200 dmg value and a wind element of 20 the total damage value is 240 because 200 *1.20 = 240.

Your 30-40 Weapon:

At this point it is worth you time to spend a little bit of money(no more than 40k meseta), looking for a better weapon than the one that you have. Simply open the player shop, set the rarity setting to 10* and put your desired class weapon type in the search filter. Look through the results and find something at least 20% better than what you have. Once the list is created there is a check box to filter this list by “Equipable Only”. The preferred element on this weapon is light (since so many things are weak to light). If the element level is less than 50, go to the item Scientist on the first floor of the shopping area. If you sacrifice a copy of that weapon to the weapon you want to enhance, its element will increase by 20 (to a max of 50). This will only cost a few grinders and a bit of meseta however, STOP upgrading it when the element reaches 50, you will probably replace it soon anyway.

The first weapon you care about 11-12*weapons 36-75:

At this point I can no longer generalise each class so you will have to find your specific class section below to find what gear you should be using. Once you find or buy one of these weapons it is safe to enhance it to +30 (see enhancing sections). Worse case Scenario you will later use this weapon as “fodder” for another weapon. Note that the level/subclass level that I list next to each weapon will NOT be 100% accurate. Each race and gender has different base stats, so make sure you pay attention to your base levels in the listed stat as you level up. I based the “Level” section you see next to the weapons on when a human male of the designated class/subclass combo has the stats needed to equip the item.

TE-HU

-Nox Series: Level: 65/45 REQ 420 Tec Def

-Nox Wand:{Nox Kuklos} Not only is it going to be hard to get the base stats required for this weapon, it’s not even that good. Its’ potential ability is a strictly worse version of the Sigma Wand. However, its base attack is high enough to warrant using it for a while if you have to.

-Nox Talis:{Nox Krieg} Not really designed for TE-HU if you want to use this go TE/FO or FO/TE. It increases the power of dark tec’s by up to 16%. I don’t really recommend this weapon, but it does have decent base stats.

-Dream Master: Req 600 Tec attack (photon booster shop)
Once again TE-HU wants to be smacking things with its wand, but this is a solid option if you have enough points in your mag to allow you to use it early.

-Sigma Series: REQ 440 Dex
All options: I do not recommend this series because of the high level requirement. However, if you have the dex for some reason feel free to use it.

RA-HU

-Nox Series level: 45/17 REQ 420 Range Def
-Nox Rifle: Congratulations, not only can you use the nox series at a low level, it is also a decent weapon for its tier. I recommend you pick this one.

-Infinite Corundum: REQ 600 Range Attack
This is worse than the Nox. However, Its possible Nox Rifle prices are going to be stupid high for the first week or so of steam release and this weapon only cost 50 photon boosters (you can get these from Advanced Quests).

Sigma Series: REQ 440 Dex

-All options: I do not recommend this series because of the high level requirement. However, if you have the dex for some reason feel free to use it.

GU-HU

-Nox Series: Level 45/17
-Twin Machine Gun: The potential increases the damage of a single PA (True Equilibrium) by 20%. The base power is decent and you can use it at a low level. It’s not the best 12* you can use, but it will get the job done.

-Missouri M13: REQ 600 Range attack (Photon booster shop)
It has a lower base attack than the nox due to being an 11*, but against enemies that are weak to light, this is the better weapon. You could potentially use this weapon sooner than your other options if your range mag is high enough level. It’s not your best option, but if the price is right it may be your option.

Sigma Series: REQ 440 Dex

-Twin Machine Gun: You are not going to have the base dex to equip this for a long time, however it’s potential is better than the nox’s and its base stat’s are better than the m13

BR-HU

-Nox Series level: 46/20 REQ 420 Melee Def
-Nox Katana[Nox Sagephus]: The potential is BAD. However, if you have no other options you can use this for its high base power.
-Nox Bow: The potential is BAD and bows are NOT recommended for new players due to the extreme energy cost of their PA’s. Start thinking about bows when you can reach 180 max energy

Sigma Series: 74/55(no Dex mag) 53/45 (dex mag lvl 70) REQ 440 Dex

-The sigma Bow and katana have far superior potentials to their nox counterparts and are, (probably), cheaper. Use this series if you are using a DEX mag.

HU-FI

-Nox Series: level: 36/20 REQ 420 Melee Def
-Nox Sword[Nox Kvelle] Yes, you read that right, level 36. Not only can you get this sword incredibly early, but if you are going guard stance hunter this is the best 12* sword that you can be using. Get this sword if you can.
-Nox Partizan[Nox Rozan] The potential requires you to be at 50% pp or less to take effect, but is still decent. However I do NOT recommend using partizen weapons until you can get around 180 PP
-Nox Chain Blades[Nox Jirac] The potential requires you to be at 50% pp or less to take effect, but is still decent.

Sigma Series: REQ 440 Dex

-All options: I do not recommend this series because of the high dex requirement. The Chain Blades and Partizan are better than their nox counter parts, but by the time you can use them, you could also be using a 13*

FI-HU

-Nox Series: Level: 42/25 REQ 420 Melee Def
All options have decent potential. Pick the weapon type you like most and use it till you can find a decent 13*.

Sigma series: REQ 440 Dex

-All options: All of the weapons are good but you’re going to be close to lvl 75 by
