Roboquest Heavy Sniper Tactic
Welcome to our Roboquest Heavy Sniper Tactic guide. This guide gives an alternative approach on how to use the heavy sniper rifle in Roboquest in order to make it more viable for fast pace action. We’ll keep you upgraded with extra information once they are released.
The Long Version
If you are the kind of player who enjoys playing sniper. But you just realized that it’s much inferior to all other builds in Roboquest (at least as I feel after 5ßish hours of playing the game). Your firerate sucks and you have to reload sooo often, which results in a low damage output.
But hey, I got you covered: If you would like to play a faster sniper build, you could try combining the heavy sniper with the heavy crossbow. Binding “last weapon” on Alt (or maybe on “Q” (if you are from the CSGO faction, this should be more familias). Let your ulti launch with Alt) in order to have a fast weapon switch on hand (at least to me it’s faster than getting my fingers on 1 and 2 if I want to take a shot quickly).
The tactic: as soon as you shot with one weapon, switch to the other. This may seem simple, but it actually works like doubling your firerate of your big boy sniper with the also strong crossbow.
Just beat the bee robot on heroes +3 with this tactic and it’s a lot of fun doing so instead of going for the basic assault rapid fire build.
