Raven Tribe – Words of Memory

Tutorial Area – Legacy of Eona

Memory Quote:
“In ancient days, a fox came to this island from across the sea… We are her descendants.”
Location:
In the game’s tutorial, follow the raven until you encounter a door that requires a chain pull to open. To the right of this door lies a black-robed skeleton. The first “Word of Memory” scroll can be found at the skeleton’s feet.

Fox Village Entrance – The Six Tribes

Memory Quote:
“Eona, the mother of all, had many children… each blessed by the light of their animal guardians.”
Location:
Upon entering Fox Village, take the right-hand path until you reach a large archway. Just past this, a small overlook facing the valley holds the scroll on a bench.

Location:
After escaping the Bear Guardian and entering Misthaven, head toward the river. The scroll is placed on a cluster of rocks near a small purple flag.

Location:
From the Fox Village entrance, take the left path. It loops around to a large tree, a tan fox, and a skeleton. The scroll lies on an altar in front of them.

Council Room – The War Begins

Location:
After solving the initial puzzle and opening the door to the council chamber, you’ll find the scroll inside the room—very difficult to miss.

Cave Tunnel – The Fox Escapes

Memory Quote:
“Grimnir subjugated the guardians… but the Fox eluded him.”
Location:
As you continue the main storyline through a cave tunnel, you’ll come across a fox altar. The scroll rests on top.

Palace of Peace – Staff Prophecy

Memory Quote:
“The staff of Grimnir shall remain here… until the Fox Guardians return.”
Location:
As your fox companion senses danger and you enter the coliseum-like structure, follow the red wisp to a secluded room. Inside, you’ll find a scroll and a treasure chest.

Lava Cavern – Aftermath of War

Memory Quote:
“Grimnir was sentenced to death… yet corruption remained.”
Location:
After a cinematic sequence in a large cavern with twin towers, enter the left tower. Among a pile of scrolls, a larger one will stand out—this is your collectible. Note: Access might be limited after the lava erupts.

Bear Tribe – Grimnir’s Legacy

Ruins of Nûmhjûk – Caged Raven

Memory Quote:
“In Misthaven there dwelleth a lesser raven, named Thought…”
Location:
In the Ruins of Nûmhjûk, find a statue holding an outline of a staff. Nearby, a door holds the scroll you’re looking for.

Relics – Ancient Artifacts to Discover

Staff of Nûmhjûk

Location:Located in the Ruins of Nûmhjûk, this relic is accessed by following a red spirit. Cleanse it and bring it back to an altar to unlock a hidden door. Inside is the ancient staff. Return it to the statue to claim the relic.

Mask of Thought

Location: Found within the Seer’s Crypt, this key item is required for progressing the main storyline. After retrieving it, follow the red wisp to a set of statues. Placing the mask unlocks a hidden passage.

Chests – Hidden Treasures Across the Map

Puzzle Tutorial Chest

Location:During the first major puzzle, follow the right path. Use the log to climb up, and a raven will trigger a mini tutorial. The chest is here.

Staff Room Chest

Location: Part of the main quest line—this chest contains an item needed to open the staff door and is unmissable.

Ruins of Nûmhjûk Chest

Location: After completing the relic puzzle, the unlocked room reveals this chest.

Cliffside Chest

Location: Upon exiting the Ruins of Nûmhjûk, turn left and circle the cliff. A stone structure with two archways contains the chest in the back room.

Seer’s Crypt Puzzle Chest

Location: Inside a blue-lit room, step on the timed switch and race to the other side. Grab the statue and use it to weigh a switch in another room. The chest lies up a slope.

Raven Carving Room Chest

Location: In the Seer’s Crypt, solve the rock and rope puzzle to open a massive chamber. The chest is near one of the raven carvings on the right.

Hermit Lake Summit Chest

Location: Climb the large rock formation at Hermit Lake. The chest awaits at the top.
