This one is perched on a rock to the right as soon as you pass under the archway at the end of the bridge leading to Messia 224.

The owl will reward you with a Left Eye Patch before flying away to the Owl Forest.

This one is hiding in a basket along the upper path at the west side of town. There should be a sub-qust client nearby as well.
