Use a phone booth at Chelomey

This one is missable, according to where you are specifically near the fountain, you will come across on your left side the pay phone booth, interact depending on what you set to (default F), wait for a moment and then the achievement is all yours.

Unmissable. Progress through the story and you will get it.

Kill 10 burning enemies, 10 electrified enemies, and 10 frozen enemies

As it says, you can find them from mini-boss or other types etc.

It seems you can earn 100 neuropolymers by reloading the autosave aka during the tunnel, it is where the two Vova robots drop down and they drop 4.

Create a weapon in a crafting machine

You will get this either crafting Fox or Electro. plus this will add up to your Lord of War achievement.

Get drunk with vodka and kill 5 enemies

Easily obtained when you found a vodka from where the Owls are, drink 1-2 and shoot all the Vovas, then reload if you want after all the numbers will still be saved on the other hand (refer to Polymerization achievement)
