Homeopathological Walkthrough
This portion of our Borderlands 3 Wiki Guide explains how to unlock and complete the Homeopathological side mission. This Walkthrough will include information such as the level requirements needed to start the mission, along with its rewards.
This mission is assigned and completed in the Desolation’s Edge zone of Nekrotafeyo.
Homeopathological Rewards
Below are the rewards for completing this mission, along with the level requirements needed to start it.
- Level Requirement: 30
- Rewards: $5,392, an Epic Assault Rifle, and 7,890 XP
How to Unlock Homeopathological
To unlock Homeopathological, you will first need to accept the mission from Sparrow in Desolation’s Edge. Seen below is the starting location.
If there is no exclamation point at the starting location, you will not be able to start the mission.
Homeopathological Walkthrough
Listed below are the mission objectives:
- Go to Tern’s Office
- Use the Intercom
- Align your Energy
- Enter the Sanctum
- Lie on the Couch
- Melee the Paint Can
- Melee the Canvas
- Talk to Tern when Finished
- Open the Box of Tranquility
- Optional: Remain Peaceful or Don’t Remain Peaceful
- Kill Tern
- Take the Memory Core
- Give the Memory Core to Sparrow
Go to Tern’s Office
Follow the objective marker and make your way to Tern’s office in order to recover Typhon’s research.
Use the Intercom
Once you reach the office, interact with the button next to the door to speak with Tern over the intercom.
Align your Energy
Let Tern examine your energy by moving to each of the onscreen objective markers.
Enter the Sanctum and Lie on the Couch
Head inside the Sanctum and attempt to lie (stand) on the couch.
Melee the Paint Can and Melee the Canvas
Go to the back of the room and melee the paint can. With your knife now covered in paint, melee the wall at the back of the room.
Talk to Tern When Finished
Once you have finished painting the wall, talk to Tern.
Open the Box of Tranquility
Make your way to the large red box on the ground and open it.
Optional: Remain Peaceful or Don’t Remain Peaceful
Tern will now start shooting at you. You will have the option to let Tern shoot at you or you can opt to shoot him back.
Kill Tern
Should you shoot at Tern, you will be forced to kill him.
Take the Memory Core
Tern will drop the Memory Core, pick it up.
Give the Core to Sparrow
Make your way back to Sparrow in Typhon’s cave and give the Memory Core to Sparrow to complete the mission.
