All 7 Dragon Balls How to Get?
On the world map you should get some area’s with a dragon ball on it, so there should be at least 1 dragon ball.
Once you entered the specific area you should look on your map again and zoom in this time to see where the dragon ball is exactly located. Keep doing this until you found them all. Due to story related things like dragon balls turning into stones etc. there won’t be always a dragon ball for you to collect. So you won’t being able to get your wishes done till they’re back by the time you proceed the story quests.
Locations
On the world map you should get some area’s with a dragon ball on it, so there should be at least 1 dragon ball.
As example in West City, the city i select is at least one.
Once you entered the specific area you should look on your map again and zoom in this time to see where the dragon ball is exactly located. Like in the picture underneath.
Keep doing this for every area where the dragon ball is located until you found all 7.
Possible Wishes + Achievements
Once you got all 7 you gotta obviously select dragon balls from menu and start choosing your wish .
The following wishes can be made:
Bring a character back to life : This wish revives a character who was killed in the story. After reviving them, you can find them out in the world and they’ll usually give you a side quest.Complete their quest to unlock their Soul Emblem
Get Z Orbs: This wish grants you a load of Z Orbs that you can spend on unlocking super attacks
Get money : This wish grants you a lot of Zeni that you can spend at shops
Get rare items: This wish grants you a bunch of rare items, such as materials that are used to upgrade your car later in the game
The following achievements can be earned aswell by getting all dragon balls and completing wishes:
After 5 wishes after collecting all 7 dragon balls:
After 10 wishes after collecting all 7 dragon balls:
