Eddie: Your main contact in the Cartel. You can buy shipments of drugs from him.

Eddie, is you the player’s main contact in the cartel. You buy drugs from him, and you give him the money from your orders. He also contacts you about anything interesting happening. EG: Unlocking ability to buy hideouts from Mike Byers, unlocking furniture store, unlocking Jamie’s Drug Store etc.

Eddie is presumed to be a nickname with his last name being “Edwin”. First name is unknown.

Mike Byers: The Cartel’s property guy. He can sell you apartments, warehouses and so on.

Gerard Francier: The Cartel’s money launderer. He can clean your dirty money for a price.

Gustavo Caldera: Works for La Ballena, makes orders for him. He will make wholesale orders, he is also who you meet to get paid.

Tom Pallet: Works for Keiji, makes orders for him. He will make wholesale orders, he is also who you meet to get paid.
