- capturePlanetGIF : Captures a 360 degree .gif file of your current planet
- setConsequenceTrait (X) : Enter one of these for X: cell_carnivore, cell_herbivore, cell_omnivore, creature_aggressive, creature_social, creature_mixed, tribe_aggressive, tribe_social, tribe_mixed, civ_
- evoadvantage : Begin a new game with one an evolved creature
- help (X) : Replace X with a command to get an explanation.

- addDNA : Adds DNA (Use in creation menu)
- moreMoney : Add money (in Civilization and Space levels)

Taming Companions during the Tribal Stage
During your journey through the Creature stage, be sure to include members from other tribes in your pack. Once you complete this stage and progress to the Tribal stage, these pack members will become domesticated animals residing in your tribe’s pen.
Changing Planetary and Stellar Names
While in the Space Stage, venture to a solar system that doesn’t belong to you or any other save game. Press CTRL+SHIFT+C to access the cheat console and use the following codes to rename objects:
- To rename a star, type “rename star X” (replace “X” with your desired name).
- To rename a planet, type “rename planet X” (replace “X” with your desired name).
Accessing the Cheat List
In the game’s cheats menu, press CTRL+SHIFT+C to open the console, then enter “help” (without quotes) to display a useful list of available cheats.
