Welcome to our Venba Walkthrough Guide. This walkthrough guide will show you all recipes and details of how it is made in Venba!

CHAPTER 1

RECIPE: IDLIS

  • Put water in the cooker.
  • Place a towel on the idli plate.
  • Pour the idli batter on the covered idli plate.
  • Put the idli plate in the cooker, ensuring that the three holes are at the bottom of the screen.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the next idli plate. Rotate the idli plate in the cooker so that the three holes of the upper idli plate are at the bottom of the screen.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the final idli plate.
  • Place the cooker lid (top-left of the screen) and use the stove knob to cook the idlis.

CHAPTER 2

RECIPE: PUTTU FLOUR

  • Put the soaked rice in the blender and use the blender’s control to blend it.
  • Use the blended rice on the sieve.
  • Move the sieve with the blended rice over the towel until only chunks remain.
  • Use the sieve on the blender again and use the blender’s control.
  • Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 until there are no more rice chunks left to blend.
  • Pick up the towel and put it in the water.

RECIPE: PUTTU

  • Put water in the puttu kettle.
  • Place the puttu kettle on the stove.
  • Put coconut flour in the mold once.
  • Put puttu flour in the mold twice.
  • Put coconut flour in the mold once.
  • Repeat steps 4 and 5, layering the mold as shown in the screenshot.

RECIPE: TAMARIND WATER

  • Put the tamarind and water in the upper bowl and mix.
  • Put the sieve on the lower bowl.
  • Use the upper bowl on the lower bowl.
  • Remove the sieve and use it on the upper bowl.
  • Add water to the upper bowl and mix.
  • Repeat steps 2 to 5, twice. When you have enough tamarind water, Kavin will automatically move on to the next recipe.
  • CHAPTER 6 – RECIPE: RASAM MASALA
  • “Toast both of the grains first”: Put in mustard seeds and cumin.
  • “Next add red leaves and green chilies”: Put in the (red) chilies and curry leaves.
  • “Add minced ??? and crushed ginger-garlic”: Put in the shallots and the ginger and garlic.
  • “First add ??? that “creates” water. Then add water itself”: Put in tomatoes and then water.
  • “Add ??? and ??? to taste”: Put in salt and rasam powder.

RECIPE: CHICKEN STOCK

  • Put in the water.
  • Put in the salt and turmeric.

  • Put ghee on the oothappam.
  • Put any (or all) of the other ingredients on the oothappam.
  • Use the stove control to set the heat to the highest setting.
  • Use the dosa flipper to flip the oothappam.
  • Use the dosa flipper again to finish the recipe.

RECIPE: KARI DOSA

  • Put water on the pan.
  • Use the stove control to set the heat to the lowest setting.
  • Pour the dosa batter on the pan and rotate to spread it.
  • Put ghee on the pan.
  • Put the beaten eggs on the dosa.
  • Put the kari on the dosa.
  • Put the coriander on the dosa.
  • Use the stove control to set the heat to the highest setting.
  • Use the dosa flipper to flip the kari dosa.
  • Use the dosa flipper again to finish the recipe.
