How to Enable FSR

  • Caution: You may experience some Bugs and Stutters with Vulkan or FSR

  • Vulkan gives me micro stutters all the time regardless of graphics configs, even above 100fps with 160ms peek while DX11 gives me less fps but max 13ms 🙁 FSR for me works great, but the Vulkan issues persist

  • FSR had some brightness issues and some stutters for me. Was aiming for 4K 60FPS with FSR Ultra. Disabling and running it on Vulkan normal at 4K 60FPS native (not upscaled) solved the brightness error and the stutters. It is even less demanding. Running a full AMD machine.

To enbale FSR just go to Settings > Video and then:

  • Change Graphics API to Vulkan (this alone will increase your FPS around 20%)
  • Set FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) to whatever suits you. Its a bit blurry compared to native resolution but increase fps significantly (In “Quality” mode more than 70% improvement over DX11 In my test!)
