Against the Storm Building Priority

This guide will show you what buildings pay attention to.

What Personally Aim for (Food)

This is how I do food, it’s a bit bad so if you have any suggested let me know

I prio ‘plantation’ and ‘ranch’.
Why? Because Plantation makes berries, which you can add to pack of provisions (I trade A LOT) and pretty much every single food like pies and biscuits.
Not only are berries great, but plant fibers too. You can use plant fibers in ranching, making oil AND making fabric.

I look out for small farm next, as I need grain for flour. I honestly don’t look too hard because I usually manage to get resolve through non-flour foods.

What Look Out for

*THIS IS AFTER YOU GET A STABLE FOOD SOURCE
Mainly look out for:

  • Smithy
  • Provisioner
  • Bakery
  • Supplier
  • Butcher
  • Apothecary
  • Workshop
  • Manufactory
  • Alchemist’s Hut

I only prio build 3* if I have everything I need, or I’m running out of materials on something.

I read my guide by finding an item I want, going over to the ‘green’ and picking the item I organised on the sheet.
I organised it by the best (in my opinion) buildings and the most efficient.
Green = I prioritise
Teal = Second best
Orange = only if I DESPERATELY need that item
Red = NO

Here’s my colour coded version of most items (because i dont have all items yet)
It’s messy but if you want to try and read it for yourself you can
