Home Base
Home Base is the game’s hub, featuring multiple vendors, as well as the NPCs for you to interact with. You can also come here to adjust your appearance or to trade with some of your companions. Be sure to visit Home Base as you discover more items for upgrades.
Explore, get a feel for things, and check out what the locals have to offer.
Once you’re ready, talk to Louis and he’ll ask you a blood sample. Head to your bedroom and lie down. When you get up, go back to Louis, talk to him some more, and you’ll get the Prometheus Blood Code.
Talk to Louis one more time, and a cutscene will play. After that, head to the nearby Mistle and teleport back to the Outer Crossroads in the Ruined City Underground to start the next section, Ruined City Center.
