Bump off Harriet
Once you’re out of the tunnel, turn around and use Shift to hop up onto the roof. Then, make your way up and over the brick wall to your left, following the hillside over to the rooftops ahead.
There’ll be an Eternalist sitting on a car to your left, but ignore them and head down the hill. Use Shift to move up and behind the Eternalist overlooking the water, then take them down with your machete.
There’ll be another Eternalist down the cliff a little way here, so take them down in a stealthy manner as well. Now, rather than taking the stairs (as there are Eternalists on the left who will spot you), follow the cliffside to the right and use Shift to climb up.
At the top of this hill, there’ll be a turret facing you. Use your Hackamajig to try and hack it, or you can keep moving down the cliffs towards the water. Your goal is to head down this way anyway.
On the beach, you’ll see two Eternalists. Funny enough, one is dumb enough to be holding a container of gas over its head, so shoot it to watch them explode and take down the second one however you like.
Once you’ve done that, follow the containers on the beach under the docking bay where the plane is. Here, you’ll find a secret area you can use to infiltrate the hangar above.
Infiltrate Hangar 2 – DEATHLOOP Chaos Theory
Crawl through this tunnel and you’ll reach an exit at the very end or there’s one down the opposite side as well. Take the one on the opposite side so you have more time to sneak up on the Eternalist in here without being caught. Then, take them down quietly. Once you do, you can also find a Health Station in a room to your right.
Now, make your way to the stairs on the opposite side of the room from the Health Station. This area will also have an Eternalist roaming around near the top of the stairs. Wait until they move towards the right, then sneak up on them and take them down. There’s another Eternalist up the stairs on the opposite side of the room as well. Be sneaky heading up those so you can take the Eternalist by surprise.
On this next floor, head all the way around until you reach a set of doors. Open them up, and this will lead you right into Hangar 2.
Scour Harriet’s Office
Harriet’s office will be located directly to your left (you can also find a Fiz-Pop container to the right of it). However, the door is locked, so you need to find another way in.
Use Shift to move to the top of her office, then over to the beam across from it. Here, you can have a better view of her office window, which is unfortunately covered with lasermines.
Thankfully, though, the lasermines are no match for your Shift Slab. Hop onto the plane’s wing that leads up to her office, then use Shift to get inside. Here, you can access her Minicom, which has a Temporary Group Channel, Private Messages between her and Julianna, Private Messages between her and Frank, and Private Messages between her and Egor.
You can also find a Crude Weapon Trinket next to her Minicom and Large Caliber Rounds behind you. Then, while Harriet is busy giving her speech, sneak out the door opposite of the locked one and head down the stairs. An Eternalist will be on your right as you come out, but won’t notice you unless you’re loud.
At the bottom of the first flight of stairs, take a right and you’ll enter into the room that Harriet’s in. However, be wary of two Eternalists guarding her. Take them down with a silenced weapon or use Nexus to try and get the three of them with a single shot.
Taking down Harriet will get you the Nexus slab, +11500 Residuum, The Fourpounder weapon, three Exemplar Weapon Trinkets, and three Exemplar Personal Trinkets.
Once you’ve done that, you can head into the plane and flip the switch to fill the area beneath you with gas. This will take care of the extra Eternalists. Then, head up the stairs and back in her office. Hit the button to the left of the door to unlock it and head out and back to the exit the way you came in.
