Achievements Guide
In this guide, we tried to tell you in detail how to get most of the achievements in this game.
Bought Houses
This achievements easily to get, you just need to play the game and buy “rental rights” for new houses (1 month agreement). While completing this achievements you can also make a progress in “Bargains” achievements.
- First Bought House
- Bought 5th House
- Bought 10th House
- Bought 25th House
Bargain
You just need to negotiate the price in dialogue, the first three are kinda easy, but last two need some grind. Always try to bargain the price. In mine gameplay i faced a bug, that didn’t allow me to exit the dialogue with a buyer. So i was stuck in price negotiation menu and I was able to offer price infinite times, and got the achievement for 50th and 100th times.

Leased Houses
Easy achievements to get. You need to lease houses that you “bought” (the houses which you took for “rental right”).
How to put house for rent?
- Open tablet in Q-menu;
- Go to the web;
- Choose the needed house;
- Put the price;
- Wait till the customer arrives. (You can negotiate the price with potential customer and it will count towards “bargain achievements”).

Collecting Rent
For completing this achievements you need to collect rent from your tenants on everyday basic. Each day you will see yellow marks that will show your tenants.
Be aware, sometimes the NPC can’t pay you a money, so they will offer you another way of payment, In some cases they can steal money and leave the house. Also, some of them, can’t pay the money and will ask you to wait. So you have 3 options:
None of below options are count towards this achievements:
- Give them a little bit of a time;
- Start a fight with them, and get more money (but they will sue you);
- Sue them.

Land, Own Houses, Workers
Land
First of all should mention, that for all these achievements you need special skill – “1 Land”
Ther is 3 empty spots in neighbourhood, which you can buy and build own house on them. All of building spots have the same price and the same houses, that can be build on them.
Construction spots map
In one walkthrough you can buy only 3 construction area and build only 3 houses. So if you want to get all construction achievement right away, you need to make a save, before buying last territory, then load and buy it 2 more times.

Own Houses
As It was said before, you can only build 3 houses in one walkthrough, so we need to make one more magic trick that is called “save-load”:
- After receiving message from foreman, you will need to go to the marker;
- Save before talking to him;
- Then accept the house;
- Load and do it 4 more times.
- Built First House
- Built 3rd House
- Built 5th House
Workers
On each construction site you can add 4 workers, just by talking to foreman, 1 worker costs 1000 dollars. It can be completed just by playing, and constructing all 3 available houses.

Selling Houses
You can build and sell yours 3 houses, but sometimes people would like to sell their own houses, instead of selling “rental rights”. So you can go into neighbourhood every day and check for “house sellers” or you can use one more trick.
The trick:
- You need to build one house;
- Sell it;
- Build 2 more houses, but not sell them;
- When both of them will be ready, put them on sale;
- Save the game;
- Sell them for any amount of money and load the save;
- Continue until you receive the achievement.

Decoration
Office Decoration
- First Exterior Decoration
- First Interior Decoration
- First Changed Board
To achieve office decoration you need to:
- Go to the office;
- Open PC;
- Choose “Office Decoration” app. You can buy any of offered options and achievement is yours.
House Decoration
- First Interior Decoration (House)
- First Exterior Decoration (House)
To get both of them you need to:
- Open Q-Menu;
- Take paint roller;
- Apply paint roller to walls inside and outside of the bought building.
Casino
Roulette
As a stretegy in roulette you can put 1 chip on zero, 1- black and 1- red. You will win and get all of four achievements easily.
- Playing Rullet

Blackjack
You just need to play and win. Just put 1 chip and gamble.

No real strategy. As for me, It is easier just to click and wait until all of them will be achieved. But you can upgrade luck skill and It might increase your chances.

- Open your tablet;
- Go to the “Crypto Market”;
- Buy and sell any of crypto currency.

There is a “House” bus stop, which has vending machine on it. Buy any product ( I can recommend 12$ Chips, one of the best food in a game).

Others
Wife
Talking with Wife
- After the first tutorial day you can speak to the wife. If she is sitting on a couch you can offer her to watch a movie – It will increase relationship. Next part is not for achievement, but more like “bug solver” – Sometimes, there is a bug, the relationships are stuck on 85%. You just need to ask her for a money, and the bug will disappear. After 90% of relationships you can go to the bed with her and It will drop percentage to 60%.
Dog
Dog Taming
- First of all, you will need “Dog house” skill, then spend some money to build doghouse. Go to the neighbourhood and play with a dog for few seconds, name it. After you named the dog, you can use bus stop to travel to the home and put dog into doghouse.

Feeding Dog
- To get these two, you must buy “My friend” skill, it will add posibility to play with dog (just by clicking on a dog). And will add dogs bowl, so you can fill it and receive a nice amount of XP point (30).
Loan
First Loan
- You need to choose “1 loan” skill, go to the ATM and take a loan. (It’s kinda useless skill, so I would recommend to use “save-load” trick)
First Case
First Case
- Obtain “Lawyer” skill. Sometimes your tenants will refuse to pay money, and if they WON’T offer you to pay something else instead, you will have a possibility to sue them. You must choose this option, but in my “experience” I never won a case.
