Cutthroat’s Key Fragment quest is a part of Fallout 76 Key to the Past
Cutthroat’s Key Fragment Walkthrough
Rose will tell you that the final piece of the key is held by a raider named David Thorpe. David can be found at Big Fred’s BBQ Shack, located southeast of Top of the World. David will be running around wildly outside the shack, along with some other enemies. Take him down and grab the Cutthroat’s Key Fragment off his body.
