A comprehensible guide covering all 17 achievements in People Playground. We know that there are people who have a hard time finishing the People Playground game. If you are one of those who find it difficult to finish the game, let’s take you to our People Playground guide.

Contraption Achievements

The following achievements require you to build some type of machine.

Important things to know:

• Press the spacebar to freeze, press it again to unfreeze.
• Use fixed cables to attach objects to the background. Only one cable per object is enough.
• To turn machines on, press the F key.
• Wires and Fixed Cables can be accessed through the menu on the right of your screen.

Faraday Malfunction

Receive the signal

Necessary items:

• 1 Jukebox
• 1 Metal Rod
• Wire
• Fixed Cable

Go to the Tower map, on this specific position, and build the following contraption:

Place the metal rod on top of the jukebox, then connect them with a fixed cable and a wire, then turn on the jukebox. You’ll know it worked once electricity starts crackling from the metal rod, and you start hearing static.

Black Hole

Create a black hole

Necessary items:

• Industrial Generator
• Decimator
• Wire

Simply connect both objects with a wire and turn on the industrial generator.

Potion Seller

Create Exotic Liquid

Necessary items:

• 1 Centrifuge (or Blood Tank)
• 1 Water Breathing Syringe
• 1 Atom Bomb
• Blood Vessel Wire

Connect the objects like so, then turn on the centrifuge.

Inverse Teleportation

Perform inverse teleportation

Necessary items:

• 1 Laser Pointer
• 3 Mirror
• 1 Rotor
• 1 Dampening Box
• Fixed Cable
• Wire

The following is one of the models proposed by the wiki:

Step-by-step construction:

• Place the three mirrors and the laser pointer in a way that the laser gets reflected on all 3 mirrors, and then hits a surface.
• Place the rotor, right click it, scroll down and select “Rotor speed”, then set it to 8000
• Place the Dampening Box relatively far away from the rotor, then use fixed cables to connect the box to the spinning part of the rotor.
• Use any conducting wire to attach the box to the laser pointer
• Turn on the rotor and wait a bit until an item spawns at the location where the laser hits a surface. You’ll know you’ve done it correctly if the end of the laser starts generating more energy.

Uncharted Territory

Travel through the portal

Necessary items:

• 2 Tesla Coil
• 2 Generator
• 4 Immobility Field
• Fixed Cable
• Wire

The contraption must be built like so:

Description:

• Immobility fields are wired to the respective generator
• Generator is wired to the respective Tesla Coil
• All objects must be turned on, that’s both Tesla Coils, both Generators and all 4 Immobility Fields

After a while, the contraption will generate an energy sphere at the center. This will then turn into the portal itself.

People Playground Other Miscellaneous Achievements

The following section regards achievements where some type of interaction with humans is involved, as well as the Creator achievement.

Creator

Spawn 1000 items

This will be unlocked naturally as you get other achievements.

My Insides Hurt

Detonate an organism filled with an explosive liquid

Necessary items:

• Blood Tank
• Nitroglycerin Flask
• Human
• Blood Vessel Wire

Attach the Nitroglycerin flask to the Blood Tank using some Blood Vessel Wire, then use the same wire to attach the same Blood Tank to a human. Turn on the Blood Tank, wait a few seconds, then pick up the human and slam them into the ground. The achievement is unlocked after the human explodes.

Radiant

Inject a radioactive substance into the bloodstream of a human

Necessary items:

• Atom Bomb
• Blood Tank
• Human
• Blood Vessel Wire

Attach the Atom Bomb and the human to the Blood Tank using some Blood Vessel Wire, then interact with the Blood Tank a few times.

Volume Unclamped

Use the jukebox to burst heads

Necessary items:

• Jukebox
• Industrial Generator
• Human
• Wire

Attach the jukebox to the industrial generator using some wire, then turn on both machines and place a human close by.

Guardian EMP

Save a human from a sticky grenade by activating an EMP right before it’s too late

Necessary items:

• EMP Generator
• Sticky Grenade
• Human

Place the items down, close to each other, then activate the sticky grenade and stick it to the human. When the grenade starts quickly flashing red, activate the EMP.

Pacifist

Play the game for an hour in one session without murdering anything

To unlock this achievement, you must play for a hour without killing a single human. The catch here is that the game checks for activity every 5 minutes, so you can’t just idle it out.

To get the achievement with the script:

• Run the script and launch the game
• Open any map and select any item
• Press the “S” key to start the script
• Wait for an hour
• Press “S” again to kill the script

Note: if you intend to use this script, you must have AutoHotkey installed.

Extinction (Kill Achievements)

Kill one million people

Those achievements are trivialized through the use of mods/workshop items. The following items reduce the grind from 20+ hours to about 0.5-1.5 hours.
