The Snapping Turtle Cigarette Card is located in Firwood Rise, Cumberland Forest, New Hanover.
Located within the ‘L’ shaped cabin, you can find the card by searching the wooden dresser at the foot of the bed.
The card will be sitting underneath the dresser, on top of a small crate.
