Welcome to our Shotgun King The Final Checkmate Forbidden Card Pairs guide. Having trouble getting certain achievements? Theocracy never showing up? It’s not just bad RNG.
Shotgun King The Final Checkmate Forbidden Card Pairs
Have you struggled to get the Theocracy card? Have the Trigger Happy and Mobility achievements eluded you? Well, there might be a reason for that.
Certain cards are mutually exclusive with one another, so if you have one, none of the others will show up.
Theocracy Cards
The following cards are mutually exclusive with Theocracy:
- Ritual Dagger
- Secret Heir
Note that Ritual Dagger and Secret Heir are not mutually exclusive with each other. Having either one will prevent Theocracy from appearing, but will not prevent the other from appearing.
Right Click Cards
The following cards are mutually exclusive with each other, because their trigger (right-click) would conflict:
- Royal Loafers
- Unjust Decree
- Kingly Alms
- Engraved Scope
If you’ve struggled to draw Royal Loafers for Mobility, Unjust Decree for Trigger Happy, Kingly Alms for Demolition, or Engraved Scope for Sniper, this might be why.
About Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate
Chess, but all your army has gone over to the white side, leaving you with nothing but your royal shotgun and your wounded pride. Carried by your dark folly, you decide it’s time to teach those white pieces to fear the Shotgun King.
Every turn, you may either move your king or shoot at enemy pieces, after what you’ll need to move again to reload your shotgun. Avoid checkmate and kill the enemy king to complete the floor. After each floor, you may choose between two random combinations of one upgrade for you and one upgrade for the other side. Choose wisely and keep on winning floors and you just may get your kingdom back.
